Job Summary
1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external customers, provide

medical and scientific support for new and developing medical initiatives relevant to our product.
2. Provide intravetreal injection skill training to doctor who want to use our retina product
3. Provide ongoing product/scientific support and training to the commercial team in Korea in developing

product strategy and scientific program (including scientific meeting and clinical programs)
4. Maintain key understanding of competitor products and innovation and trends in medical practice

within the eye care.
5. By way of assisting in the output of publications, presentations and meetings making sure that key

aspects of the safety, efficacy and quality of life benefits of eye care products to the physician, medical

community as well as the public.
6. Work closely with the Medical Director of Korea to meet customer and business needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work with physicians and others to share the information (clinical trial and study results) focusing on retina products at local and national society meetings, regional governmental planning groups, individual customer base and lead round table discussions, advisory boards and workshops to facilitate better understanding of products and disease
Provide injection training to customers regarding intravetreal placement of the product

2. Develop and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to ensure access to current medical and scientific information on eye care products

3. Maintain key understanding of competitor products and information as well as trends in medical practice. Communicate this information regularly to the Medical Affairs and commercial teams

4. Conduct regularly scheduled training to field sales personnel and others. Ensure up to date product knowledge, uses and external data. Assist with regular Q and A sessions with field sales personnel; assist in evaluation of skill and knowledge levels

5. Identify physicians and manage successful completion of scientific program such as clinical studies to support the appropriate use of the products with adherence to appropriate regulatory requirements including patient confidentiality, and meeting of expectations with regards to data quality and timelines

Qualifications

. Qualified medical doctor
. Strong clinical, scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge of retina and related products
. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in Korean and effectively in English, written and verbal
. Ability to work in a corporate / business environment
. Strong team, leadership, planning skills and ability to work independently
. Ability to learn, analyze and convey clinical and non-clinical technical information effectively
